For as long as I can remember, I have found the small, yet stunning world of flowers, plants, lichen, and fungi to be that one place I can visit over and over and over again for inspiration. I never tire of the magnificence of a single blossom or the brilliant pattern within a leaf. Nature gifts us with the most impressive designs, which we can only hope to emulate in some fashion.
I have incorporated these details into my printmaking and encaustic paintings for decades.
